Need higher ratios or have a higher power requirement? Amarillo’s double reduction gearbox is the obvious choice. Reduction ratios range from 7.5:1 to over 20:1.

Marley Replacement Drives
Amarillo “A” Series right angle gearboxes are designed to replace or substitute for the Marley® line of gear reducers.
You don’t need to worry about your Marley gear reducer because the Amarillo “A” Series’ critical mounting dimensions are identical to the Marley® gear reducers, making the gearbox replacement process seamless.

Composite Drive Shafts
Amarillo's composite drive shafts are designed specifically for cooling tower use and custom made per order. Each drive shaft is balanced prior to leaving the factory and tested to 4 times operating torque.
Custom made for each specific installation
Shaft spans up to 6 meters without bearing support
#316 Stainless Steel hubs and hardware
Patented flex disc allows up to 1.5 degrees angular misalignment per shaft end
Composite materials, including carbon fibre, selected specially for each installation
Engineered selection process calculates shaft harmonic frequencies so you can lock those speeds out of your motor controls
UV coating extends service life

Oil Filtration System
Amarillo's oil filtration system simplifies scheduled maintenance and extends oil life which has the benefit of extending gear drive service life. Designed for cooling towers where gear drives are installed in hard to access locations, this oil filter has a payback period of a little as 6 months.
